- Amenities Committee
The Amenities Committee have responsibility for village maintenance, the play park in Green End Road, green spaces - including The Green, St Judith's Field, St Andrews and All Saints Cemeteries, Greenfield (leased by Sawtry Sports and Leisure Association), footpaths, street furniture - benches and dog bins. Councillor Stephen Rose is Chairman of the Amenities Committee.
- Planning Committee
The Planning Committee have responsibility for making recommendations to the District Council on planning applications in Sawtry, Local Highways Initiative Funding Applications, Bus Shelters
- Community Committee
The Community Committee have responsibility for liaising with community groups and their activities, funding of the youth club, underwriting the cost of the fireworks for the annual display organised by Sawtry Sports and Leisure Association. Councillor John Potter is Chairman of the Community Committee.
- Finance and General Purposes Committee
The Finance and General Purposes Committee have responsibility for budget setting and monitoring, grants, property maintenance, staffing, training (councillors and staff), admin - insurance, subscriptions, audit etc. The Finance & General Purposes Committee is chaired by the Parish Council Chairman, Councillor Ross Martin.
